California Gay Marriage Supreme Court Case

I'm writing this at the California Supreme Court where they are hearing the oral arguments in the state gay marriage case. My partner and I got here around 7AM amid news vans, media, and the usual anti-gay protesters. We're waiting our turn to get seated in the court room.

The arguments took over three and a half hours which is unusually long for the court as I understand it. Some of the presenting lawyers were great, some were not so. A panel put together by Marriage Equality seemed to be optimistic about the outcome that will be announced within 90 days.
